(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon steaks, 1 inch thick or thicker
  • 2 tsp old bay Cajun seasoning (or Cajun seasoning of your choice)
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Parsley for garnish, optional

Instructions:

  1. Season both sides of your salmon steaks with old bay, lemon pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 390°F.
  3. Once the air fryer has been preheated, place salmon steaks in air fryer and cook for 14-16 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and set aside.
  5. In a small bowl or cup, melt butter and add lemon juice.
  6. Spoon lemon butter over salmon steaks and garnish with parsley.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
