The Revive & Sustain Wellness Program Works

Robert’s Recent Group Study Results

Study A

This study followed 17 men and women who were committed to achieving optimal wellness over the average time of 14-weeks. The participants collectively lost 527 pounds and 347 inches in total under the guidance of Robert Reames. Additionally, many participants were able to undergo necessary surgeries and discontinue necessary blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes medications.

Study B
A six-month study followed 12 top-level business executives who wanted to improve their overall well-being. Under Robert’s guidance, the participants lost over 160 pounds in total, which is remarkable considering that several participants did not have weight loss as a primary goal. Additionally, many participants built a significant amount of muscle, reduced or eliminated body pain, and achieved college-level conditioning. The average weight loss for those with a weight loss goal was 20 pounds, while the average weight loss for those without a weight loss goal was 13 pounds. These results are off the charts!
