Robert Reames (RR) is a personal and group trainer, a certified nutritionist, wellness coach, an author and a motivational speaker. Born and raised in Northern Indiana (Elkhart, IN) and a firm believer in hard work, dedication and honoring commitments, RR brings his clients and fans over 40 years of experience in the world of health, fitness, nutrition and wellness. His strong athletic background teamed with being overweight as a kid continue to fuel his passion for the entire arena of the wellness industry which he loves so much.
RR moved from Indiana (his two favorite movies are “Hoosiers” and “Rudy”) to LA directly after college to continue to pursue his career and education. Amongst the many specialty certifications RR has attained over the years he is currently a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength & Conditioning Association, (NSCA) a Certified Nutritionist (CN) American Health Science University, (AHSU) Precision Nutrition (PN) a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) a Level 3 (top level) TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Golf fitness trainer along with level 2 Golf NASM Master trainer candidate and has a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University. RR believes strongly that continuing education is a lifelong endeavor. He consistently provides his clientele with the latest research in exercise science as well as the most current information/research in the fields of health, wellness, weight loss, nutrition, anti-aging, sports specific training, immunity and injury prevention and management.

This study followed 17 men and women who were committed to achieving optimal wellness over the average time of 14-weeks. The participants collectively lost 527 pounds and 347 inches in total under the guidance of Robert Reames. Additionally, many participants were able to undergo necessary surgeries and discontinue necessary blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes medications.
