(Serves 2-4)

 Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or 2 cups low fat milk)
  • 1 box Jell-o chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
  • 1 small banana

 

 Instructions:

  1. Add almond milk, pudding mix, protein powder and peanut butter powder to a bowl and whisk until fully combined and thickened (approximately two minutes).
  2. Slice banana into thin slices and add to top of pudding mixture and enjoy.
