(Serves 2-4)
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or 2 cups low fat milk)
- 1 box Jell-o chocolate pudding mix
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
- 1 small banana
Instructions:
- Add almond milk, pudding mix, protein powder and peanut butter powder to a bowl and whisk until fully combined and thickened (approximately two minutes).
- Slice banana into thin slices and add to top of pudding mixture and enjoy.
