(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken leg quarters
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon hot or smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 °F.
- Mix together the seasoning.
- Coat both sides of the chicken with olive oil and rub on the seasoning.
- Place the quarters, skin side down, into the air fryer, making sure that they’re not touching.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flip, and cook another 10-15 minutes or until it’s reached an internal temperature of 185 °F (85 °C). Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
Note: For a little extra flavor, combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter, a squeeze of lemon juice and some black pepper for dipping.
