Ingredients:
- 3 Mission Zero Net Carbs Tortillas
- 3 oz pre-cooked grilled chicken breast (Tyson, John Soules, etc)
- Lettuce
- 1 tablespoon fat-free ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup fat-free shredded mozzarella
- Pickles (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat chicken in the microwave per instructions.
- Place tortillas on a plate and evenly place ranch and buffalo sauce on each tortilla.
- Top each with chicken, lettuce, cheese and pickles and enjoy.
Tip: If you prefer to eat yours with your cheese melted, it’s best to soak fat-free cheese in a bit of water for about 60 seconds and pat dry. This allows that waxy coating to soften so the cheese can melt better.
