(Serves 1)

 Ingredients:

  • 3 Mission Zero Net Carbs Tortillas
  • 3 oz pre-cooked grilled chicken breast (Tyson, John Soules, etc)
  • Lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup fat-free shredded mozzarella
  • Pickles (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Heat chicken in the microwave per instructions.
  2. Place tortillas on a plate and evenly place ranch and buffalo sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Top each with chicken, lettuce, cheese and pickles and enjoy.

Tip: If you prefer to eat yours with your cheese melted, it’s best to soak fat-free cheese in a bit of water for about 60 seconds and pat dry. This allows that waxy coating to soften so the cheese can melt better.
