(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup low fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup of G. Hughes Thai Chili Sauce (or similar)
  • Roasted pepita (pumpkin) seeds
  • Additional red pepper flakes, optional

 

Instructions:

  1. To a bowl, add your Greek yogurt and chili sauce. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Top with roasted pepita seeds and red pepper flakes.
  3. Use it as a dip for your meats or vegetables.

Note: This sauce has a sweet, spicy flavor that elevates every dish including chicken, pork, seafood and lamb. You can also use it as a tasty salad dressing or in your favorite wrap.
