Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your decision to join Revive and Sustain Wellness. 

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

If you’re not satisfied with our App once you get in, you can cancel your membership within 24 hours of signing up and receive a full refund. Your account will be canceled and no future charges will be withdrawn or billed.  After 24 hours, all sales are final.

Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

The “Self-Guided Journey”

Membership packages are sold as an automatically recurring subscription that renews every 30 days following the initial date of purchase.  The subscription will continue to renew unless the purchasers or website administrators cancel their subscriptions. You can cancel your membership at any time. You will not be charged for future months, but no refunds will be issued for the current or prior months.

The “12 Week Interactive Journey”

This package is sold as a subscription that expires twelve (12) weeks from date of purchase.  Members shall be notified of the expiration and shall be up to the subscriber to renew the membership for another twelve (12) week program or one of our other packages.

If you’ve paid for the 12-week program in full, you can cancel your access at any time, but no refunds will be issued. We realize this is a major commitment and that is why we also offer a biweekly payment membership option. If you’ve chosen the payment plan for the 12-week program, you can cancel at any time. All future automatic payments will be canceled, but no refunds will be issued for previous payments.

“R&S Workouts” and “R&S Nutrition Guidance”

These packages are sold as a subscription that expires one (1) year from date of purchase.  Members shall be notified of the expiration and shall be up to the subscriber to renew the membership.

Please note the following details of Revive and Sustain Wellness subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Everfit App or login at https://client.everfit.io/login
  • If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for Revive and Sustain Wellness when your license expires.
  • Your renewal price will be locked in at the time of checkout but may not be the same price as your initial purchase.
  • If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your membership has expired, you will be charged the current listed price of the membership type you choose to renew with.
  • We will send you an email prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.

Cancellations

Revive and Sustain Wellness reserves the right to cancel any memberships or packages purchased that do not meet the requirements as stated at checkout.  We reserve the right to cancel any memberships or packages that have been purchased illegally or fraudulently.  We reserve the right to cancel any memberships or packages that members have violated any terms or conditions of Revive and Sustain Wellness.

Refund Policy

All of our package options include a 100% money-back guarantee within seven (7) days of initial date of purchase in the event that the Everfit App were to malfunction outside of normal functionality that cannot be quickly fixed by our team or Everfit.

We consider threats of refunds as refund requests and will process them immediately.

If your original purchase was made in a non-USD currency, we cannot guarantee that the exchange rate at the time of the refund will be the same as the time of your purchase. Your refund will be based on the USD amount of the purchase and may result in a higher or lower amount of currency you purchased in being credited to your accounts.

Need help?

To request a refund or if you need help with anything else, please contact our customer support team at contact@reviveandsustain.com.  To obtain a refund, you will have to contact us including the username, email address, and name on file for the account you wish to cancel. At that time, we will cancel your membership and issue a refund if applicable per this policy. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.  Any issues with the Everfit App should be directed to Everfit via their website or through the app.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. By using the Revive and Sustain Wellness App, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to our Refund Policy.
